Winter, 2016/17 Posted on 10th Dec 2016 Curious yucca relic from previous garden. Albertine rose looks promising Most shrubs, like this hebe, have done very well Rather floppy grasses Nothing has stuck to the N wall yet Cordyline from previous garden in its newly stabilised pot. Hopefully it won’t blow over Lavender looking rather scraggy, but hopefully it will survive There’s still rather too much gravel… The dying ceanothus has come out. Current thoughts are leycesteria or pollarded eucalyptus (or both!) Leaves on the gravel are lovely. Do they need to be cleared up eventually? Mahonia and perovskia still very cheerful Phormium working well There’s a fair bit of alga in the pond, but it’s easy to get out Winter pots. Could do better
